We offer select Northwest Arkansas businesses an introductory content session, so you can see what working together actually looks like before you commit to anything.
Sessions are limited and we choose them by fit, which is why this is an application rather than a booking form.
3-month initial commitment, then month to month
- Social takes a few months to be worth judging, so we ask for an initial three months. After that it simply continues month to month at the same price.
- One round of revisions on each scheduled batch of content, with a set window to look at it and come back to us.
- Comment and message monitoring covers the ordinary ones. It is not a round-the-clock customer-support desk, and we will tell you when something needs you.
- Paid media spend is always separate and always yours.
- Filming outside the usual Northwest Arkansas service area may add a travel cost, agreed with you before anything is booked.
Before you askus anything
- Do I have to create the content?
- No. That is the whole point. We come to your business and create it — video, photography, graphics and the captions that go with them.
- Do you post everything too?
- Yes. Depending on the package we handle the planning, the writing, the scheduling and the publishing, and we keep an eye on the comments and messages during the week.
- What platforms do you manage?
- Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn — every package covers all of them. What changes between packages is how much content we make and how much of the day-to-day we manage, not where it gets posted.
- Is ad spend included?
- No. Market Leader includes managing one Meta campaign, but the money that campaign spends goes straight to Meta and is billed separately. We never mark it up.
- How often do you come film?
- Once or twice a month depending on the package — an hour on Local Presence, ninety minutes on Growth Engine, and two visits or one three-hour block on Market Leader.
- Do I have to sign a long contract?
- An initial 3-month commitment, then month to month at the same price. It does not roll into another fixed term.
- Can I add more filming?
- Yes. An extra content hour is $350 and an extra Reel is $150, and either can be added to any package in a month you need more.
- What if I do not like something you made?
- Each scheduled batch of content comes with a round of revisions and a window to review it. Tell us what is wrong and we will change it before anything is published.
- Do you handle customer service in the comments?
- We monitor and reply to the ordinary ones. Anything that needs you — a complaint, a quote, a real customer problem — comes to you rather than being answered on your behalf.
- Do I need a website from you as well?
- No. Social is its own service and plenty of businesses buy only that. If you want a website too, that is our website plan and it is priced separately.
- Do you work outside Northwest Arkansas?
- NWA is where we are and where nearly all our work is. Filming well outside the usual service area may add a travel cost, and we will agree it with you before anything is booked.
